At Miles Africa Youth Network (MAYN), we proudly joined the global celebration of Menstrual Hygiene Day by educating and empowering young girls in our community.

With the help of our dedicated team of nurses and health professionals, we engaged over 60 students in practical sessions on:
✅ Staying clean during menstruation
✅ Proper use and disposal of sanitary products
✅ Breaking the stigma around periods
As part of the outreach:
🩷 We distributed sanitary pads to 60 students to promote menstrual dignity
📐 We also gifted 30 mathematical sets to Junior High School finalists — because we care about their education and their future!
🌟Impact: Girls left empowered, confident, and equipped — not just with supplies, but with knowledge and pride in their bodies. No more shame. Just strength, support, and sisterhood.
